Terms and Conditions


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, or if you would like to exchange it, we will gladly process an exchange of same product or similar product with same amount within 30 days of purchase. CHALISE GLOBAL LLC (Chalisajewelry.com) is not responsible for items lost in transit.

if you have received an incorrect or damaged item,  please contact customer service via email @ return@chalisajewelry.com.  We will issue you a return label to ship the incorrect or damaged item back to us, and discuss how we can fix the problem.

Charity and Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Step 1
Please return your jewelry with this order form and enclose it with the item(s) to be returned.

Step 2
Return Jewelry in original condition –unworn and with tags. Please package the jewelry in its original box with extra padding in order to prevent damage during shipping.

Shipping Disclaimer

Please make sure you include all relevant address information (floor, suite, apartment #, etc). In the event you need an address correction, please contact us immediately. Please have your order number and the correct shipping information on-hand. Any orders that are re-directed due to an incomplete or incorrect address will be charged a $10 re-routing fee. *(Canadian orders, please see below)

Chalisajewelry.com cannot be held responsible for orders that are deemed undeliverable. Customers will be charged for the return shipment, which is equivalent to the original shipping cost.

You will receive a USPS shipping notification via e-mail after your order has been shipped. This will include a tracking number and expected delivery date.

If you would like to require a signature upon delivery, please leave a message in the comments section of your order.

*Canadian orders that have selected standard shipping are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
These orders will also be subject to a Canadian duty tax (usually $5-$10).


Shipping Details
Ground orders placed after 10:00 a.m. PST are processed the following business day Monday through Friday. Expedited orders placed before 12pm PST are processed the same business day. Holiday and Weekend orders are processed the following business day.

Everything will be shipped with in 48 hours of receiving payment.

We ship via USPS unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Rates
All continental U.S. shipments with orders of $500 or more will receive free shipping via USPS Ground unless otherwise specified . Standard USPS ground rate is $9.99.  For orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or International, standard shipping rates apply.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax may apply based on each state requirement.
