What is the status of my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email along with a tracking number. The tracking number will let you see the progress of your order and estimated time of arrival. Please note that it may take 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the carrier till you have updated information. You can also track your order anytime from our at www.chalisajewelry.com all you need is your order number and email address.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Your order is shipped within 48 hours.


How long do I have to wait to receive my order?

5-7 business days if you choose to receive Flat rate via USPS. Within 3 buisness days if you choose to receive Express mail via USPS. 5-7 business days if you choose UPS.


Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere within the United States. Currently we do not ship internationally or to PO boxes, APO/FPO.


Do you have exchange or return policy?

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our Chalisa Jewelry Online Store Customer Service by phone or email within 30 days of invoice date to request a Call Tag. Please include the original Packing Slip or Chalisa Jewlry Return Form with your return, and note the specific defect or error.

We exchange it with same items number or items with similar value. You can select and advise us what you would like to exchange with.


How do I cancel/update my order?

Only orders that have not yet shipped can be canceled or modified. Please note that we process within 24 hours of your order. For this reason, please contact us via phone or email as soon as you realize you’d like to make a change. Please have your order number ready when you call us.

What materials are used in your collection?

All colored gemstone you see is semi precious stones.

Chalisa jewelry are made from genuine materials, including solid sterling  and mixed metals ( if gold plated on silver). Our silver pieces are made of solid .925 sterling silver. We use a variety of semi previous gemstones, stones and cultured pearls.
